To revolutionize the BPC experience for Multicultural shoppers, Unilever partnered with Walgreens to share previously unheard beauty stories in-store, online and through organic word-of-mouth. We called it UNTOLD BEAUTY. And as the voices of our Multicultural shoppers rose across traditional and digital touchpoints, so did brand sentiment and sales.
